Making a Contract with Us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping bag and proceeding through our checkout process. The final step is the confirmation of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also e-mail you with confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. Website and Credit Card Security

We take website and credit card security extremely seriously, and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform on which to conduct online transactions. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss or misuse of personal information provided to us through this site. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located generally either at the bottom left or top right of your browser window. If it appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Ensure you logout when you have finished visiting our website especially if you access from a shared computer.
